1. Connecting Your Wallet

To interact with the FitSwap dApp, you first need to connect your digital wallet. This allows the dApp to access your tokens securely without taking possession of them.

Steps to Connect Your Wallet:

1. Visit the FitSwap dApp: Open your web browser and navigate to the official FitSwap dApp website.
2. Select 'Connect Wallet': Find and click on the ‘Connect Wallet’ button typically located at the top right of the homepage.
3. Choose Your Wallet: Select the wallet you wish to connect from the options available (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger).
4. Follow Wallet Prompts: Your wallet will ask for permission to connect to the dApp. Confirm the connection by following your wallet’s specific instructions.
5. Confirmation: Once connected, your wallet address should be visible on the dApp, confirming that the connection was successful.

2. Swapping Tokens

Swapping tokens on the FitSwap platform allows you to trade one type of cryptocurrency for another.

Steps to Swap Tokens:

1. Select the 'Swap' Option: In the dApp, navigate to the ‘Swap’ section.
2. Choose Tokens: From the dropdown menus, select the token you have and the token you want to receive.
3. Enter Amount: Type in the amount of tokens you wish to swap.
4. Preview Swap: Click ‘Preview Swap’ to see the details of the transaction including the exchange rate and fees.
5. Confirm Swap: If you agree with the terms, confirm the swap. Your wallet will ask you to approve the transaction.
6. Transaction Complete: Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the swapped tokens will appear in your wallet.

3. Inputting a Contract Address

To interact with a specific token, you might need to input its contract address.

Steps to Input a Contract Address:

1. Navigate to Token Management: In the dApp, find and select the ‘Tokens’ or ‘Manage Tokens’ option.
2. Add Token: Click on ‘Add Token’ or a similar button.
3. Enter Contract Address: Paste the contract address of the token you wish to add. Ensure it is correct to avoid errors.
4. Token Details: The dApp will automatically fill in the token details. Verify these details are correct.
5. Confirm Addition: Confirm the addition of the new token. This token will now be available for transactions in your wallet interface on the dApp.

4. Staking ERC-1155 for Fitness Coin Tokens

Staking involves locking up tokens to receive rewards or earn interest. Here, we’ll cover how to stake ERC-1155 tokens to earn Fitness Coin tokens.

Steps to Stake ERC-1155 Tokens:

1. Access the Staking Section: In the dApp, navigate to the ‘Staking’ section.
2. Select ERC-1155 Staking Option: Choose the option to stake ERC-1155 tokens.
3. Enter Amount: Specify the number of ERC-1155 tokens you want to stake.
4. Approve Transaction: Before staking, you’ll need to approve the dApp to use your ERC-1155 tokens. Confirm this on your wallet.
5. Stake Tokens: After approval, confirm the staking transaction. Your wallet will prompt you for confirmation.
6. Staking Complete: Once the transaction is confirmed, your tokens will be staked, and you’ll begin accruing Fitness Coin tokens according to the staking agreement.
